Do you count the green fiberous veggies in your overall calorie numbers or are they just throw in like a suppliment?
I've read a couple articles on the subject of cutting and more than once it outlines how to calculate the required calories and the percentages of macros. But then goes on to say something like "after getting those numbers, add in 3 or 4 servings of veggies for fiber."
To me that implies that you don't include to carbs or protein those veggies might contain, you consume them simply as a fiber and nutrient suppliment.
Which is correct?
