So what vitamins or supplements (if there is) will make me much specified even though I am just young in my age taking these vitamins or supplements.

Also what is the fastest way to get much specified supplements for me even if I am young in my age taking supplements?

Anyone can help me?ü

It's kind of hard to understand your question. What do you mean by much specified? And about you being young in your age, that doesn't really matter much if you're in your teen years. I wouldn't suggest creatine, first off build a routine. I do suggest protein powder, try something like this
sorry, they won't let me post links. I'll PM them to you, if it lets me.

. Pre workouts are good too, but I would start out slow. And can you be more specific about your supplement stuff? How old are you?

dawn01,

Care to expand? What other languages do you speak? Perhaps typing out your question in a language you're more familiar with might help.
