I don't believe in the sense that I "know". But I think it is very possible.

"I was anally violated by aliens"? That shit goes down in prisons all the time.

they cross the border everyday.

Its possible, but I haven't seen any good evidence to support them, so I will say no.

Probability would seem to say that the conditions required to allow life to develop in any form must be out there on one of the trillion-odd planets in the universe, but they could be just like us - unable to travel through space very easily, or at least quickely, so we're never going to find them so there may aswell not be any life out there.

Either way, i was anally raped by SOMETHING.

I don't believe in Aliens but I believe their are probably millions of different types of bacteria/viruses that thrive in outer space

Quantum Physicist were able to shoot a photon through time, so we may have the technology to bend space eventually.

Was that the thing where they managed to break the lightspeed barrier? I remember reading that and it was awesome.

I hope we do get somewhere with long-range space travel. Im a sci-fi junkie so the thought of dealing with actual intelligent aliens is awesome.

Though we do have enough trouble on this planet without diplomatic relations with totally different life-forms...

You mean their planet is made entirely of oil?

We need to bring democracy to these aliens!

You mean they got oil? Well I think they have WMD's too................... THEY NEED TO BE LEBERATED!!!! lol

Exactly. I think it is VERY likely that there is some other lifeforms out in the vastness of the universe. New periodic and mineral elements could mean that life could evolve in a completly different way from here.

Some thing ive always beleved in also. Have you guys seen some of the pics from the Hubble telescope?

as far as we know now it is only possible to travel .999999 times the velocity of light according to Einstein. Thats still fast enuff to rip thru space/time to travel past our solar system. were not even close to doing any thing like that.

I have heard we can send particles thru time but the bigger issue would putting whatever your sending thru time back together correctally

In my own humble opinion there is other life in the universe. Some more advanced than us, some less advanced. I just think it is highly unlikely that with all of those planets ours is the only one to develop life as we know it.

I do believe that there is intelligent life outside of our solar system...but I wasn't anally violated so I couldn't vote yes

jail house wtf are those pics of?

1st pic open cluster stars.
2nd pic star about to die.
3rd pic I think in a star that is dead and turning in to a black hole.
4th is a lot of different gas's coming together to form a new star.

All of these were takin from the legendary Hubble Telescope.

I think most life will be based on Carbon because its such a strange element, but it makes you wonder if there are any others out there that share similar properties with it.

Id just like to see if aliens would be humanoid in structure.

I liked Douglas Adams' idea of alien lifeforms that are actually super-intelligent shades of the colour blue.

I was reading something on that exact picture in a National Geographic and they said that the tallest "pillar" on the left reaches a height of about 40 trillion kilometres I think it was...pretty amazing stuff.

Holy fuck! Thats imperceptibly huge!

Holy fuck! Thats imperceptibly huge!

if you think that is nuts, I was also reading something in there that said astronomers and astrophysicists recently found the furthest known galaxy away from the Milky Way Galaxy which is around 13.2 billion LIGHT YEARS away.

1 light year = 9,460,730,472,580km
therefore
13.2 billion light years x 9,460,730,472,580 = 124881642230400000000km away

now that's inconceivable!

it's also kind of neat, because the light from that galaxy that is just reaching Earth now is the light of that galaxy when the universe was first created, if you believe in the Big Bang, because according to that the universe is ~13.5 billion years old.

I think anyone who totally negates the possibility of alien conciousness is silly.

YEAH!
