do you feel sore 2 or 3 days after your work out? just thought it was a bit odd that everybody else i know feels sore the day after but i take a while before i feel anything
I'm not so bad the day after, but the day after that can be tricky - to be honest though I find excellent diet - plenty of supplements and lots of water reduces the soreness quite a lot - so it could just be that you're diet is better than most?
