do you feel sore 2 or 3 days after your work out? just thought it was a bit odd that everybody else i know feels sore the day after but i take a while before i feel anything
 
I find that the more years I train the longer the DOMS takes to set-in.

Like WB says, everyone is different.
 
I'm not so bad the day after, but the day after that can be tricky - to be honest though I find excellent diet - plenty of supplements and lots of water reduces the soreness quite a lot - so it could just be that you're diet is better than most?
 
I usually don't get sore the day after. I get second and third day soreness. It seems the header I work a muscle, the later DOMS will set in.
 
Concentrate more on getting a good warmup + warmdown on workout days and that'll reduce DOMS by quite a bit.
 
The 2nd and 3rd day are worse for me too.
 
ic. i dont really mind the soreness or DOM as you guys call it. just a bit curious
 
DOMS=Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness or a witty member of the board with the greatest avatar on the net. If you're curious, google it and read up.
