Do you guys train your neck?

I'm in the DC area, so there are about 6-7 different Gold's I can go to with my membership that's fairly close. EVERY ONE got rid of the 4 way neck and quite a bit of other nice more hardcore BB equipment about 2 months after I joined. How much does that suck!?

I'll bet it is. Guess I'll have to go back to sticking my thumb in my mouth and blowing hard to pop out my neck.
