The reason why i ask this is because between december 23 2009(yes, day before christmas eve) i began my diet. I was 240 at the start time, and i lost about ~70 pounds, down to 170 in about 8 months. Since i lost that large amount of weight in such a short amount of time. Would i have alot of excess skin left over? and if that was the case, would skin calipers and BF's measurer's mistake that for fat?

btw, i lost all that weight by cutting my calories and going to the gym 6-7 days a week for at least 2 hours a day and doing cardio and weights.

thanks!

You would favor having a hydrostatic body fat test instead. Calipers are never accurate even the best trainers out there can get an estimate at best. If you really are concerned with an accurate test then go with hydrostatic. If you are using it as a guide then don't waste the money.
