Certain days...For example today 3 out of 6 meals were shakes/meal replacements.

Meal 1 was 1 cup skim milk, 3/4 cup oats, 1 scoop ON whey protein
Meal 3 was a http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mhp/macromrp.html mixed with 1 cup skim milk
Meal 5 was 2 scoops ON casien protein, and 1/4 cup almonds

The other meals were a tuna sandwich on ezekial bread (complete protein bread), and cottage cheese, and will have cottage cheese again before I hit the sack.

Usually I try to do 2 shakes, 4 meals...But alot of times I end up having 50/50 is this ok? What am I hurting if anything?
 
Its not ideal but occassionally it won't hurt you. At least you are adding other things to it. However, you need to make sure you are adding healthy fats to slow down the digestion/gastric emptying :)
