Doing SLDL and Back Extensions= Too Much

if i do my sldl's for my leg day on monday and do back extensions on Wed. is that too much? should i just stick with the sldl's?
 
Day 1 Squats
SLDL's
Standing and seated Toe raises

Day 2 Day 2 Bench press
Incline bench
Machine flyes


Day 3 Off

Day 4 Seated Rows
Close Grip Pulldowns
Pull Ups
Back Extensions
Day 5 Close Grip Bench
Seated Dips
Military Presses
 
So you do day 1 on Monday and day 4 on Wednesday?
 
no......i made a mistake when i asked the question. i would do Day 4 on Thursday.
 
Looks fine to me, but I see no reason why you cant do them both on one day, I do.
 
Not too much at all. Like TT says, I would just do them on the same day.
 
I would not personally do both, but your back may be different. SLDL is to me both hams and lower back.
 
you have way too much pushing compared to pulling, yea and I also say do them on the same day.
 
Nothing wrong with 2 hip/ham dominant movements on the same day.
