if i train a body part 2 or 3 xs a week the soreness goes away ifi only train once a week i get very sore anyone know why this happens?

Its from moving that part again and releasing all that junk in the muscle
its called active recovery

thank you i looked up active recovery some very good info i apreciate the info active recovery i had never herd of that buti learned something thank you :ohyeah:
 
no you dont wait until your sore ... you use active recovery to prevent getting doms in first place
