I can't remember if I took my multi-vitamin this morning. I guess I'll know in an hour or so...if my urine is bright yellow, then I did indeed take it!

That means you need to DRINK MORE WATER.

I was waiting for that response! :thumb: I guess that's a problem too...I drink so much water, my urine is usually crystal clear. So looks like I'm just screwed.

Funny! :)

You're on a roll this morning!

Naa I get the samething after I take my meal of pills.

That happens to me as well. Why does that happen though? Whats in the multi that causes that? Just curious

From what I heard (which I don't know if it is true) is that if you take the recommeded amount of multi-vits like the bottle says, it is actually giving more vitamins then your body can digest heance the neon yellow urine. I was always told to take the recommened daily dose and cut it in half. Most of the companies give such a high recommened daily dose just so you will use more so that you buy more.

I believe it is B complex vitamins that make your urine that lovely technicolor yellow. It freaked me out the first time I saw it.

Everyone should be pleased to know that, in fact, I DID take my vitamin this morning. :nana:

When is the best time to take a MV? I mean, if you drink a gallon or more of water during the day, you're likely pissing away most of the stuff if you take it in the morning. Would taking them at night be better?

The best time to take vitamins is during the day, after a meal. Never take vitamins on an empty stomach - they will quickly passed out in your urine. This is especially true for the B and C vitamins that dissolve in water. The fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K can be stored in the body for up to 24 hours and can sometimes be stored in the liver for even longer.

Minerals
Take mineral supplements with the meal providing the least amount of fiber. Fiber can decrease mineral absorption.

Fat-soluble Vitamins
Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) should be taken with during the day with the meal that contains the most fat. Avoid taking fat-soluble vitamins with your fiber supplements, as the fiber may absorb the fat.

Anyone know of anyway one can get their discharge that same color yellow.

:D

sick bunch. but you're all loved.
