I have the prop available just wanted to try something different. Especially since the job I work I can't pin eod (on for 3 days strait). I haven't been on a cycle in almost a year. Still in my pre cycle prep right now dialing everything in.

Before my break I was 185lbs @ 8-10%bf
Goal I'm confident this year I can break the 200lb mark while remaining at or below 10%.
PS before i began lifting I was 135-140lbs that was in 04.
Diet
I eat a lot of chicken and Turkey. Try and do 3lbs a day with 6 extra large eggs for breakfast. Carbs I shoot for 500 grams a day. Try and keep them in the earlyer part of the day
