One of my friend told me that drinking protein whenever you work or not, he said it's not worth it to drink it everyday. He told me that once protein is used to the body, you won't gain muscle and its going to be pointless to drink protein. He told me that he switches the types of protein every 3 month to prevent the proteins getting used to his body. I'm using Myoplex Deluxe and i'm wondering that does it matter or is it true that it would be less efficient or worthless to drink protein when your body gets used to it. The guy also told me i shoud change the types of protein every month or when i'm done with the protein.
