When doing this, do you guys keep your hands horizontal à la barbell bench press, or upright (ie, parallel to the arm)?

I did them today upright today, and noticed that my forearms failed before my upper arms or chest did.

I usually press just a little below horizontal, it just feels more comfortable. I like neutral grip benching with DBs though; it's analogous to a CG bench press with a barbell. It's a lot harder and trashes your triceps. It is also easier on your shoulders. It's a good segway on the road to regular DB and BB benching when coming back from an injury.

Ive done the neutral grip before on the flat DB press for variation. It DOES fry the tri's and is quit taxing. Its weird though. During the first few reps, its easy as shit, but it catches up to you in a hurry.
