wat is better to get the three combined into one capsule or to get the three seperate and where to get it from where it isnt so much money please let me know thanks

As far as I know, you can't get them combined. Get the caffiene and asparin from the local wal-greens or other drug store and the ephedrine is easy enough to find by doing a search. I think CNW has it, just do a search for asthma relief.

yeh i read some thing on it and it says on the warning only take if u have asthma???? is that just a stupid warning and wat mg 12.5 or 25

My wife found some combined...at least the ephedrine and caffiene...not sure about the aspirin.

from where and when she take it does she notice a high energy or racing of the heart let me know wat its called please

of course, she bought it thinking the "E" was "ephdra" not "ephedrine"

Neither us have noticed the heart racing like we did back in the good ole Ephedra days.

I would just take E/C/A as three tablets.
