I eat pretty clean and get plenty of protein, but it sure feels like I don't have the energy I had even a year ago. I don't know what's going on or why, but it is to me a big problem because I've accustomed to having pretty much unlimited energy to do things I want to do. I'm not looking for a complete diet, just some ideas of foods that can add or rob energy..
