Hello all,
I am writing to see if anyone else has read the new Eating for Life book by Bill Phillips and what your thoughts are on it. I just got through reading and think highly of it as far as putting practicality and variety into healthy eating. Plus, it seems that there's less of a marketing slant towards EAS supplements than there was in the original Body For Life book.
I also have one question: With a goal of losing fat and gaining muscle, is there much of a difference between 5 meals/day vs. 6 meals/day when following an exercise program as outlined in the Body For Life program and the eating guidelines in Eating For Life? I just started last week and always seem to have a problem fitting that sixth meal in.
Any thoughts and comments would be greatly appreciated!
