While i would tend to agre with Seanp on that, if this isn't a usual night out for you... I can understand if you're trying to accomplish something and need to stick to a stricter eating plan...
i went through the whole menu for ya...
here is what i came up with, but i'm not entirely familiar with their foods, except that i know the portions are INSANELY HUGE, so take this all with a grain of salt:
From the new selections,
Any of the new "small salads" with the dressing on the side.
From appetizers:
Fire-roasted fresh artichoke - all condiments on the side, not topped
Vietnamese Shrimp Summer rolls (they aren't fried)
Thai Lettuce Wraps - all sauces/condiments on the side
Edamame (Yum!)
Spinach Salad - dessing on the side, and ask for HALF the blue cheese they usually use.
Specialties:
Grilled Turkey Burger, skip the fries
Teriyaki Chicken (tends to be really high in sugar content - so approach wtih caution)
Grilled Chicken Medallions (actually really good!)
Lemon-Herb Roasted Chicken - perhaps sub the mashed potatoes with a side of veggies or a salad.
Fish & Seafood:
Herb-Crusted Salmon - maybe sub the mashed potatoes...
Miso Salmon - same, perhaps sub some of the sides for healthier ones
Steaks & Chops
Petite Fillet - YIKES, skip those sides (onion rings or fries!) and pick something else to go with the steak!
Salads:
Herb-Crusted Salmon Salad or Seared Tuna Tataki Salad -d ressing on the side
Eggs & Omelettes
Well, you can make your own, made-to-order, so you know... order egg whites, veggies, etc. if you get one of these.
Desserts or Cheesecakes
uh... sorry. Nothing I'd say is "safe" - i guess if you can't just skip it, order somethign to share with the entire table. The least scandalous might be
Fresh Apple Dumpling, Warm Apple Crisp or Fresh Strawberry Shortcake - at least there's fresh fruit involved....eh...
