I haven't been counting calories nor carb or protein intake. Instead I've just been gorging on lots of food, alot more than normal. I've already begun to notice some weight gain and it hasn't yet been two weeks I've been on my new diet. I tend to eat about two large salads a day filled with tomatoes and brocolli and alot of other vegetables. I also eat peas and carrots and rice and I munch on alot of bread. Also pizza (but not much) Alot of meat, including chicken and beef, hamburgers etc. Fish like tuna. And I drink alot of water probably atleast 8 glasses a day. I also don't really eat any junk food or candy, or things like that. And I haven't had a desert in months.
Now I can't really explain the quantity of food because it's something you have to see. I eat usually in a cafateria on my campus and I get comments occationally on what a feast I consume. I go to the gym about 4 times a week, and run anywhere from 5-10 miles probably 3 times a week. I've also always been an ectomorph body type with a really resilient metabolism. I haven't noticed a lose of energy or feeling heavier. I have been sore alot however, but I assume it's from the gym.
My questions are: is 2 pounds in about 10 days too much, especially if I'm just starting. Or am I worried about nothing considering I'm also probably burning alot of it off running.
Thanks for any feedback.

2lbs in 10 days will be fine, and expecially since you just started recently. about gaining too much fat, i would not worry about that right now because or your high metabolism.

U should alteast ocunt ur protein intake and have a rouch idea of how many calories u consume.
