So... Here's what I know.
A) You can't "sweat out" a cold. It's a virus and takes time.
B) If it's a fairly minor cold, you can workout approx 75% of weight with low intensity (yawn). I tried that yesterday with Delts and left pretty quickly as I was getting a bit of a headache and sweaty.
But what I don't know... is eating. I continue to eat healthy of course but do I drop my calories down? I eat about 2600 calories a day and I'm 195lbs (trying to cut right now hence the small amount) So should I cut down more calories or does the cold take enough energy to keep eating like normal?
Thoughts?
