So... Here's what I know.

A) You can't "sweat out" a cold. It's a virus and takes time.
B) If it's a fairly minor cold, you can workout approx 75% of weight with low intensity (yawn). I tried that yesterday with Delts and left pretty quickly as I was getting a bit of a headache and sweaty.

But what I don't know... is eating. I continue to eat healthy of course but do I drop my calories down? I eat about 2600 calories a day and I'm 195lbs (trying to cut right now hence the small amount) So should I cut down more calories or does the cold take enough energy to keep eating like normal?

Thoughts?

if you are sick then don't workout its simple as that. Start zinc lozengers every 3-4 hours and increase vitamin c to 500-1000 mgs for 10 hours, increase glutemine to 5 grams 20 grams a day and this should help kick it. Even though you feel better after workout, your body will be broken down and missing one day at the gym is not going to kill you

Yes but what about diet? Do you calorie down a bit from your normal? Or do you keep eating as normal.

eat for comfort actually when i am sick my metabolism races but you have to know your body the best...Don't think about it so much that just causes you to put more unwanted stress on your body..
