What kind of cycle is recomended when doing an eca stack? I heard 2 days on, 1 day off. Any suggestions?

Clen needs to be cycled as to not wear out your receptors. An ECA stack however is different since it affects different receptors than Bute.
It should be taken daily. Its suggested to build up slowly. One should take a break after about 30-60 days they say.
