ok i started doing this stack i just wanna know... is my heart rate supposed to go up when i take it cuz it stays the same about 54bpm and it doesnt increase
i feel a lil more alert tho.. but im really taking a small dose just so i see the effects on my body

C 200
A 160

what do u guys say...... shoud i bump it up a lil
 
so i dont need the A.... isnt it gonna be less effective without it
 
drop the A and add Y
 
Just a general "should I" question, I'm currently taking lipo 6 and I'm very happy with it, been on it for 3 wks and added a day of cardio and I'm down a 1/2" on the waist. I see it has c & y would you think it would be a good idea to add "e" or should I just be happy with it as it is?

You can add the E if you want. Ive taken 25mg of ephedrine and 2 pills of Lipo 6 and I like it.

The A thins the blood, you want it. The C is self explanatory, but I also found out that if I did not use the C I got hyper and jittery just using the E. So I take all three and no jitters, plenty of energy.

Don't abuse it, 3-4 days @ 1-2X a day, a couple days off. Try it 1x a day first, before your workout to see how it feels. Go to 2X if it's ok, don't abuse it.....

uh.......no comprendo. You got more jittery if you dropped the caffeine? This doesn't make sense to me. Also, why do so many people say to take ECA stacks for 3-4 days and then take a break? This is crap. It has been shown that the effectiveness of an ECA stack actually improves over time. I've taken it twice a day for as long as 3 months with no problems. Don't do this 3 days on 2 days off shit. Just because the energy boost diminishes with time doesn't mean the effectiveness does.

This is true, cycling like that doesnt seem to be effective. You said "just because the energy boost diminishes with time doesnt mean the effectiveness does" this is true but when you stop feeling this effect you it means your body has become used to the supp. You can either up the dosage or stop use than start up again in a few days.....
