Anyone tried this stuff? Does it really get absorbed faster and more efficiently than traditional powder? What about the loading phase? They all (the effervescent brands) seem to recommend NOT loading.
Don't bother with effervescent creatine anymore. You can get the same effect with TITRATED creatine. The 2 brands are Creasol by MuscleLink and Titrated Creatine by IDS. I would still load it though...maybe 15 g per day for about a week.
