I saw this posted on another forum, and I thought that it sounded interesting. Not sure of the nutritional value though (Ginni, you could probably answer it) The guy that posted it said that he takes a boiled egg and cuts it in half and removes the yoke. He then replaces the yoke with tuna. Thought it sounded good.

I dont know all that much about tuna, so like i said i was not sure of the nutritional value. I know that like most fish, they have good amounts of protein and low in fat. But that is about it. What do you all think?

Lift well! But don't forget to put it down afterwards.

Here are nutritional contents of a large egg:

Calories:whole egg 75 Yolk 59
Protein:whole egg 6.25 Yolk 2.75
Total carbohydrate: (g) whole egg 0.6 yolk 0.3
Saturated fat(g):whole egg 1.55 Yolk 1.55
Monounsaturated fat(g): whole egg 1.91 yolk 1.91
Polyunsaturated fat(g): whole egg 0.68 Yolk 0.68
Cholesterol(mg): whole egg 213.00 Yolk 213.00

3 ounces tuna in water (plain no mayo) has .25g fat, zero carbs, and 6.5g protein...

The reason I don't like to eat the yolk of an egg is because of the calories.. 59 in the yolk.. 75 total so take out the yolk and you have 16....
