Drinking eggs IS risky because of possible salmonela contamination despite eggs being checked. Another thing is that they will probably go right through you without any significant absorption. You're better off cooking them and avoiding the risks.
The only way you can think of doing this is using organic eggs and put a little vinegar on them. The mayority of the normal (high production eggs) have salmonela that can only be killed by heat.
You are better off buying 100% egg protein, and is cheap.. about 0.75 per 6 eggs whites (40g)
