I CANNOT eat any more eggs...... the first taste I get in my mouth when I take a bite makes me wanna puke. For over a year I have been forcibly pouding them down.

Is there any real relevance to eggs being on the breakfast menu aside from the protein aspect? Is there an alternative I should look to? I'm not a breakfast person, and at college I wake up to a cold cut sandwich filled with deli meat. Breakfast meals just do not appeal to me AT ALL, and eggs now DISGUST me. I can eat almost ANYTHING.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Just eat them. I have eaten more eggs than most in my life. I mean in the off season I will have 3-5 whole eggs, and 4-5 white. In the on season I have 1-3 whole eggs, 5-6 hites.Just get creative, add salsa, peppers, or meat, and hard cheeses. garlic, stuff like that

I totally agree, there are many ways to make eggs not taste like eggs.:clapping:

i will try that.... can you guys maybe PM me with any good recipies or anything?

im really not much of a cook at all..... i microwave almost everything i eat.... lately including the eggs hahhaha

i literally can almost eat ANYTHING and this is so rare for me...

i find scrambeled eggs taste much better with cheese melted in and with salsa mixed in.

Take 2 eggs
3 egg white
1/2 cup mixed peppers
1/2 cup salsa
2ounces cheddar cheese
hot sauce.

cook eggs(scramble)
then add otherthings
at the end add cheese and alow to melt, eat with oats. good meal

Just be creative!

I make scramble eggs, sometimes I add olives, green peppers, onions, cheese and yum!

Use your imagination, create your own recipes and you can share them;)

There's no rule that says you HAVE to eat "breakfast foods" at breakfast.

Why not have something you would normally have at say 5 pm?

thanks a lot for the recipes guys.....
