I don't know what happened but all of a sudden when I went to put on my shirt this morning I got a SHARP pain right in the inside of my elbow. After moving my arm around a bit this is what I get:

It doesn't really hurt when I bring my hand to my shoulder palm facing away, but when I rotate my hand inward so that my palm is facing my shoulder it hurts like a motha...
Also, when I extend my arm so that it's straight and I turn my wrist all the way to the left then all the way to the right and back I get some kind of "clicking" around the elbow area.

Anyone know what might have caused this? What it might be, and possibly how to cure it? (If it persists I'll probably end up seeing a doctor.)

What part of your elbow, inside, outside, top, or bottom? Since the pain is during flexion when your hand is in a neutral position I would assume that it is probably tendonitis of the brachialis, but it is hard tell for sure without knowing the precise movement that caused the issue. Don't do hammer curls for a while. Personally, I would lay off all isolation exercises of the biceps and forearms for at least a week.

It's the inside of the elbow, hammercurls wouldn't be a problem, it's only when I rotate my wrist inward (it's my left elbow, so when I bring my hand to my shoulder my thumb would be facing to my left, palm facing my shoulder) does it hurt.

You could have strained a tendon on your inner elbow. It is intense pain, i.e. searing or more dull like. Take a few days off and pound the ibuprofen and ice. If that doesn't help try a neoprene elbow sleeve for awhile. I've had tenditis in my elbows 5 times. When it flares up the above mentioned is what I do and in a few days no problems.
