Endurox R4

Anyone know much about Endurox R4? I play hockey and know a lot of guys swear by this stuff for recovery. I have used it on and off for a couple years and have mixed feelings about it. Is there anything else out there that would be great for recovery?

there are much better products around. i prefer aminos and carbs post game, but i feel that recovery 2:1:1, torrent, replenish and others are all better options.

I have heard really good things about Torrent.

The review on Torrent looks pretty good but I am not so sure about the creatine in it? I like the amounts of Carbs and Protein and the fact that it contains waxy maize but not sure about the creatine. Whatever product I am using is to reduce fatigue and recover faster so that I can perform at a high level day in and day out. Am I wrong for thinking that Torrent seems to be more for lifting than competition?
