like any supplement, they're safe as long as you use them as directed/in moderation.....
ephedrine is supposedly dangerous, but used in moderation, can prove to be a nice supp.
caffeine is great. i take some along with a heavy ass dose of Pantera and i get sooo fired up.
...just dont take these too close before you go to bed or you'll be off the wall and have a hard time sleeping
