Equipment question

What in the hell is the "eliptical" I hear w8 talking about it and now Jodi said something about it. I know it has to do with cardio...which freak'in machine is it???

And w8 if you answer this thread...can you tell my why you say it makes your butt grow??

they're basically low impact cardio machine that simulate a running/cross country skiing effect, see image.

Cool!! So that is what it is!!!! I use that quite often for my cardio and I NEVER knew what the hell to call it. I have learned yet ANOTHER thing today. Thanx!
