estrogen rebound

how do i prevent estrogen rebound.

Iam running hcg at 500ius a week during cycle
will also be using nolvadex for pct
40mg a day for 2weeks
20mg a day for weeks 3-4
10mg a day for week 5


any added advice would be great.

aromasin & arimadex are nice to have around, also pc greatly depends on what type & duration your cycle was.
