I know that larger muscles should be exercised before smaller muscles (e.g., chest before triceps). However, how about when the target muscles are diametrically opposed such as chest and biceps. In this case, can I exercise biceps before the chest.
 
Rose, read the 7 mistakes in the gym posted by ballast. I think you'll find what you need pay close attention to rule 3.
