The problem is, I'm sore on the tendon near my elbow that the bicep is attached to. I have never been sore here before, and I can barely extend my arm ( it hurts). I didn't think it is an injury because it's on both arms. Is it normal or I am hurt?

What exercise were you doing?

Have you been doing those for awhile as part of your routine?because when I do those there's not a part of my arm that isn't sore,so im just thinking you hit something at a diferent angle

I do curls for part of my routine, but it was just the high reps that made me sore. I did partials and full reps, ez curl and straight bar wide and narrow grip. (shock day)

Also I noticed when doing them flex style it hits a little different

It just sounds like maybe you over did it a little, good routine for a shock though.

Make sure you warm up your elbows and wrists.
I did warm up, and used perfect form, so it's neither of those.

lol this happened to me last year when i joined the gym after playing basketball which i had to stop lifting. The very first day all i did was chest and arms. I did like 4 sets of 10 reps for biceps and too much weight. The next day i couldnt even stretch my arm out all the way and it hurt sooo bad. It taught me a lesson to go easy once i start out and then increase weight once it starts to adapt.

So what i did to make the pain go away was to try to stretch it out slowly and carefully as much as you can several times a day. Keep trying until you stretch it out all the way and it will go away in about 2-3 days depending on how bad it hurts. Try to let them rest so dont carry anything heavy that will put tension on the biceps.
