The problem is, I'm sore on the tendon near my elbow that the bicep is attached to. I have never been sore here before, and I can barely extend my arm ( it hurts). I didn't think it is an injury because it's on both arms. Is it normal or I am hurt?

BB curls.Tommy said:What exercise were you doing?
I do curls for part of my routine, but it was just the high reps that made me sore. I did partials and full reps, ez curl and straight bar wide and narrow grip. (shock day)Tommy said:Have you been doing those for awhile as part of your routine?because when I do those there's not a part of my arm that isn't sore,so im just thinking you hit something at a diferent angle
It just sounds like maybe you over did it a little, good routine for a shock though.ihateschoolmt said:I do curls for part of my routine, but it was just the high reps that made me sore. I did partials and full reps, ez curl and straight bar wide and narrow grip. (shock day)
