Yeah I toasted it, about once a week I will have a tuna sandwhich and two fish oil caps or some almonds for meal four. Sometimes I'm on the go and its an easy meal to bring with me.
That being said, I figured I'd try getting the sodium intake down, since fitday told me I was a bit high with that. I look to other places though. I'm not going to throw the stuff out, but it downright sucks.
I wouldn't get too bent out of shape. The regular kind only has 80 mg of sodium. If your THAT worried about it (and I don't think you should be) get low sodium tuna instead.
Yeah I'm not that wound up about it at all. I wanted to trim some sodium and when I went to buy bread the other day I noticed there was a low sodium option. To be honest I never thought much about the sodium in bread.
Recently I've stoppedd drinking coffee and have switched to low-carb monster. Its better and my stomach doesn't feel knotted all day like coffee did. Strange deal too I've drank coffee for years with no issue, start eating clean and my body kicks it away. Anyhow my point is that the low carb monsters do have a fair amount of sodium in them. In fact I drink one in the morning, and then one pre-workout. I wonder I wonder.......![]()
Where can I get some of this bread? Health food store?
I can get it in my Grocery store. It will be kept in a freezer though.
quadruple sugar-free camel latte.
