How do you guys feel about this stuff? All there stuff seems soo clean nutrtion wise, and they all have complete protein.

I live on the wraps, and bread. I have about 4-5 slices a day!
 
Also i keep it in the fridge/frozen...Usually freeze it until I use it buy usually sits in fridge for 2 weeks is that ok?

And how long can I keep the bread/wraps out of the frigde if i bring a sandwich with me somewhere? Its supposed to be kept refrigerated/frozen.
 
its about as clean/healthy as bread can get imo. You can keep it out as long as it doesnt start growing mold all over it like regular bread. I doesnt need to be kept refridgerated/frozen. It just lasts longer that way.

If you are happy to eat bread then it is just about the best bread you can eat (although, unless you are stuck for carb sources then I would not have 4-5 slices a day... May be have 2 or 3 and leave it at that... I know you are bulking but I still feel that, if you can manage it, whole foods offer you many more health benefits).

The only bread I consider better is essene bread. It is simply sprouted grain/legumes + water (that is it - no yeast, salt etc etc that is still in ezekiel bread) that is then packed into a tray and left to 'sun bake'... So it is not even cooked at high temperatures either.

In regards to storing it - you can freeze it for many weeks with a problem and it is better that way if it is going to be a few weeks before you can eat it (I would at least refridgerate it)... But if you are taking the wrap with you to school/work etc then it will last the day out no problems (and it would probably last an evening too - as long as it was not sitting on the dashboard of your car slowly cooking! :p ).

ive never seen this in the states, must be an australian thing. (or do you make your own?)

I don't make it (I buy it....) but there should be similar stuff in America... I know that it is sometimes called manna bread... You have to look for it in the refridgerator or freezer section of health food stores or supermarkets...

Basically - it should look like a brick - it is dense, firmly packed, moist bread (it is not what some people call 'essene bread' - which is a flat cracker thing...).

The best bread of all is that made from sprouted grains. This concept is quite ancient and the favorite of the ancient Essenes, writers of the Dead Sea Scrolls. The Essenes would sprout the grains, the process of which is described later in this book. They would then roll the grains to crush them. This would release the gluten which is quite sticky. Small buns would then be formed and baked in the sun from sunrise until noon, and then flipped over and baked from noon until sunset. Flourless bread is the best. The flavor is unbeatable when lightly toasted. The texture is delectable. It is high in fiber, amino acids, mineral matter, and is quite filling. Unlike white fiberless bread, this Essene Bread, also known as Manna Bread will not bind the system. It comes in several varieties, is heavy, as any good bread should be, and will not bind the system.

You'll find Manna bread at the Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op in the first aisle past the produce section. It is on the top shelf in the refrigerated case immediately on your right when you turn into that aisle. Of the roughly half dozen types of Manna bread carried by the Co-op, my favorite is the Sun Seed, but if your tastes are accustomed to refined sweeteners you might start out with one of the (sweeter) varieties containing dried fruits.

Recipe here - for wheat essene - but you could use any grain/legume mix that you wanted.
