Face bloat not going away post cycle

I finished my PCT a week ago after a 12 week Test E cycle. At about the 8th week, I all of a sudden bloated up hard. My face looks like that of a 350 pound fatty, and it's really annoying. I was expecting it to go down after the test cleared my system, but it's already a week after PCT and it's still bad. Is this normal? How long can I expect to keep this bloat? Is there a chance it might be permanent?

My face bloat stay'd with me atleast 3 months afterward- BUT I didn't diet or anything..
But I'd do what Omegax, said if that's the case

Ya I def gained fat on cycle. But I don't recall my face bein this big last time I was at this body fat. How can I be sure I don't have estrogen related
Bloat? I don't want to take aromasin if I don't need to
