I posted this in the OC, but felt it would do good here, too.
You've probably heard of farmer's walks. If not, here's the basics. There are two types of farmers. The first uses big, monster weights, to work the shoulder girdle, and pretty much your whole body. I'm not talking about those in this post. I'm talking about farmers as used to improve your forearms by using dumbbells, as shown here:

However, he's still doing farmers in that video for the full body benefit. To really blowup your forearms, you use far less weight and wrap a hand-towel around the handles. Using the towels prevents you from just hooking your fingers under the metal DB bar. It forces you to really vice down on the towel-wrapped handles. Do this for two to three laps and enjoy the pain. If you keep it up for at least 6 weeks, you'll also enjoy the far stronger grip and larger forearms.
Oh yeah, that reminds me to tell you something... Take measurements of your forearms before you start and at the six week mark.
