I am getting very very fast results following my current plan, but ignoring the whole "if it ain't broke" thing, I am thinking about throwing in 1-2 fasting days per week to speed things up a bit.
Will this hinder me since I am running a deficit anyway?
Do I still take my fish oil/creatine on this day, or nothing but water for 24 hours?
Is this a decent idea, or borderline window-licker since I am getting fast results?
