ergolean says it will increase thyroid hormone output and i also saw things like T3 by SAN which says T-3 actually makes your thyroid gland produce more thyroid hormones on a continual basisand THYROX T-3 which says it will increase the rate of conversion of T-4, the low activity hormone, to T-3, the high activity hormone...are these supplements safe..or will they sooner or later harm the thyroid and it's ability to function normally....If anyone has taken these, please tell me how your results were ( im very interested in the T3 supplements) and also, has anyone tried ADIPREN, b/c i get it in emails all the time and the things they claim look too good , so if anyone has taken THAT as well let me know ....if any of these are a great product or are shit inform me so i don't buy something i'll regret. Actually, ANY product you think or have taken which seems the best for pretty fast fat loss without harming the metabolism would be great to know Thank you...hope the news will be good:D

Most of the products you've referenced seem to include Guggulsterones which I've never seen any postive clinical studies for humans, although there have been some postive effects in rodent studies. I personally don't have much faith in those type of supplements but others could prove me wrong . Before you started evaluating supplements did you seriously review your diet, lifting and cardio regimen?

A lot of people have great success with the classic E/C/A stack, which if used sensibly shouldn't harm your body.

If you wanted to get into the more extreme supplments you could consider actual T3 from a research company or something like TriMax but these type of products carry much greater risk and you could seriously supress your natural T3 levels if you're not careful. I'm planning a TriMax cycle after PCT and will post my results in a few weeks.

Good luck.

Redspy, why take such a risk? I have found Guggulsterones (ErgoLean) to be effective when combined with a thermogenic (Lean System 7). Who knows what real T3 will do to you in the long run...

I've been following a few threads on other boards regarding TriMax and the results appear very impressive. Some people have reported side effects like increased sweating and some lethargy after the two week mark. If you run a short cycle (2-3 weeks) and run a sensible dose I don't think it's too risky. The other thing that attracts me to TriMax is the fact that it doesn't stimulate the CNS.

I don't usually like thermogenic compounds as they give me serious jitters and make me really anxious.

Yeah, I only like the stimulation before cardio. Hate anxiety! Makes we won't to pop xanax or valium. Lean System 7 ain't harsh, though. I'll check out Trimax next time I won't to cut.

Thermogenics with Synephrine, Octopamine...

If you take thermogenic supplement containing synephrine and octopamine combination you will notice accelerate body fat loss. Most products contain just a synephrine/caffeine combination, but the synephrine/octopamine combination is whats effective. All products using Advantra Z which contains all four amins of the fruit Bitter orange are good. The one I am using is the Exercise Drops form bodybuilding.com, but any one with Advantra Z will work. (for anyone interested here is the link: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/lf/ex.html)

As far as the Goggul, Guggulsterones have a direct stimulating action on the thyroid gland through some or the other enzymatic mechanisms. These thyroid hormones have a profound effect on the rate of metabolism including a direct catabolic effect on adipose tissue. Practically, this means that Guggulsterones will stimulate your thyroid to produce more thyroid hormones which in turn will raise your metabolic rate and burn more fat! I personally like thermogenic fat burners at least 5 days a week. They always worked for me. When I was 260 Ibs. Fat Burners allowed me to lose 65 Ibs. without exercise. After losing all the weight I started lifting weights with much less effort. As I found out, carrying all the extra weight incresed my legs muscle strenght dramaticaly. I think I could not start without it. I f anything, fat burners are excelent jump start for all kinds of fitness activity.
