Fat caliper measuring?

I found my caliper from years gone by, but don't know where the book is to use the friggin thing. I have been pouring over pages of stuff on Google trying to find it, but most of them are commercial or otherwise confusing, anyone have a good set of 3-7 bodyparts to measure and how to add it all up?

Sweet, thanks. I'd have to be a biologist (or fitness guru like yourself) to name some of the bodyparts listed on other sites (like the scientific name for the skin in the armpit).
