how do people feel about fat free cream cheese during a bulk?
about 1 TBSP with toast or an omelette a few times a week.

yay or nay?
 
honestly if I was bulking I would take the full-fat cream cheese. I eat the fat free when cutting.. ;)
 
Does Fat Free Cream Cheese taste sour to anybody else?
