No matter how much cardio I do, I can not seem to get rid of the little bit of fat on my stomach and sides. It's probably due to my diet, but I'm not sure. Does anyone else have this problem? The fat I had everywhere else has seemed to gone away except this area.

That's pretty common in men and the most stubborn fat to get rid of,and getting rid of it consist of having an excellent diet plan. You have to lower your calories enough to get rid of it

It's not simply a matter of lowering calories.
Oh I know!! I have the same problem as he does when I cut but from what I read in here alot has to do with your diet.

That kind of sucks. How much should I eat a day? And if I cut calories won't I not grow as much muscle as opposed to eating more? And what if, say, I ate tuna all the time (no fat, carbs, all protein), no limit per day, would that protein all go to muscle, or could some of that turn into fat?

I dont know what you look like so I dont know your situation exactly....but sometimes i fyou lose alot of weight you have some loose, stretched skin that may appear to be fat but isnt.

More than likely though, you just have a "problem" area...like myself...and need to get VERY VERY lean before that area tightens up....my abs usually come in 1-2 weeks before a show and not a day sooner.....just how my body works....genetics suck somethimes.

Try increasing your fiber intake from green veggies and maybe some psyllium in your protein shake and see if that helps as well.

Or doesn't work, depending on how you look at it.

It isn't a lot of fat at all, it won't end up with lose skin. It's just a little bit of fat that is annoying and won't go away. It isn't a huge problem, I'd just like to get rid of it.

Its genetics, losing fat off my stomach isnt too bad, but losing fat off my chest - i have to get below 10%

My chest isn't too bad, mainly the stomach and the hips. It looks really weird because my upper part looks pretty fit, but my stomach and hips don't match it.
