Well lets look at this rationally.

Did he actually know that it was a teen, or did he sell it to a facebook account pretending to be an adult?

Because those are two different stories.

I went to HS with a kid and he was like 19 and he had sex w a girl who said she was 18 but it turned out she was only 16. He did a small jail stint for that and also was on the sexual predator list for a full decade. He genuinely didn't intentionally do it. And nothing happened to the girl, even though it was consensual and she is the one that lied.

So after knowing that story I always want to hear both sides of a story like this. And this report did not state it accurately.
