Fedback on recent blood work

I did some blood work a little bit ago after my first PCT due to multiple symptoms of low test. Test levels came out 216 that time and Dr immediately wanted me on TRT and acted like I'd never recover. Instead I ran some HCG and a second PCT, had blood taken Friday, about 17 days after discontinuation of SERMs.

Testosterone: 423
LH: 7.2
FSH: 3.6
Estadiol: 17.8

I'm 23 so I'd like to see the test a bit higher but at 423 it doesn't appear to be shut down so I don't think a SERM would really help now. My main question is, with the LH being on the higher end of the range (range is 1.7-8.6 on my sheet) does this indicate it is working hard to stimulate more production?

did you do bloods before you cycled? seems a bit low for 23 but may be your natural levels

Looks like you have a nice LH signal and your testes are outputting T. I would just recover fully natty at this point.

Keep healthy fats in your diet with regular protein.

No bloods before, that was my mistake. Thanks heavy, definitely great news. Last couple months have been rough so glad to be recovering finally and have it confirmed about my LH levels signaling test production properly.
