feedback on blacktop Elitropins?

Any of you bros used these? They just changed to blacktops this year.
The supplier states 98-99% pure. A guy on another site tested them at his school and they tested out to be 9.5 out of 10iu.
Which testing waste a little. They think they were 10iu when shipped. Any way anybody used them?

Many people would like to know this but they just came out and it will take a little while to see reviews of legitimate value.
Their are some with black tops in hand waiting on serum HGH results on other boards.
