Feel a cold coming on

I feel a cold coming on. What can I do to help prevent this from getting worse? I know there was a thread on this before but I cannot find it. Thanks.

I use Cold Snap, Echinacea, Zinc lozenges and Vitamin C (up to 3grams of C daily).
