I've noticed the past few weeks, I've been feeling a sharp pain in the right side of my abs whenever I go up on my pull-ups. Anybody experience something like this?
I have a feeling that its because my body is not staying totally straight during the pull-ups, just a natural tendancy not to, any tips on how I can??
