Alright, here's my story: I am a beginner who has been working out consistently for the past 2+ months and I started using Creatine and then V12 Turbo for the past 2 months. As per directions, I quit taking V12 after 8 weeks of use and it's now been over a week since I've last had it. I'm not supposed to have it again for another 3 weeks now. My energy level this week has been WAY down since I've stopped using it -- both at the gym and in general. I'm tired more often and when I work out I feel exhausted after about 35 mins or so (whereas I could go a good hour with sufficient energy before) -- and the amount of weight I can lift has fallen slightly as well.
Is there any supplement that I can take to *safely* increase energy/power to get to where I was with the V12 for the time where I'm off creatine or should I just try to make due for the next few weeks?
I gotta say that I'm sorta surprised cuz I didnt think the creatine would make a noticeable impact, but in my case I think it has -- I haven't been stressed or anything this week, yet I've never felt so weak at the gym since I first started going.
BTW, I'm also on whey protein, multivitamins, and fish oil on a permanent basis.
