How about a bowl of broccoli, avocados(the highest fiber of all veggies) okra, prunes or plums......prunes are really not that bad tasting though it just gets a bad rap especially now that they have them "flavored", pears, split peas,beans.

baked okra, some guac and tomatoes and Im hitting about 25 grams in one sittin'
 
A full bowl of broccoli or brussel sprouts which works out to be 2-3 servings.

And for the record I have horrendous gas right now, but at least there's no traffic jams.

to clarify I was saying prunes get a bad rap because of the "old person" stigma. However they aren't that bad and they come in different flavors now which helps.

Fiber and fluids. Walking helps peristalsis, as well as hot beverages (tea/coffee, the caffeine is also implicated in increasing GI motility).

I just stuff myself with oatmeal and whatever veggies are laying around the house, then drink a couple of glasses of water and try to get some light activity (a walk around the neighborhood for 30 min). By the time i get home i'm usually good to go.
 
i usually just eat enough fiber day in day out...

between oats
salads
peanutbutter
bananas
brown rice
etc..

almost everything i put in my body has at least a couple grams per serving

if not (chicken beef tuna, meats etc) it is consumed with something with at least a few grams

this usually works well for me...
 
If you're eating veggies at most meals you should be hitting it. I think I'm hitting it on 4/6 meals right now....I don't eat them pre-WO and I refuse to eat veggies at breakfast.
 
throw in a bowl of kashi go lean cereal

for me a 2 cup bowl is perfect
260 cals
+milk
close too 400 cal


26 g of pro
+ milk
around 35 g

10g of fiber

its soy protein..
but

ITS SO GOOD
