What should I use to find out my intakes for carb cycling each day? like what are the percents for protein, carbs, and fats, on low and what are they for high? cause the intakes I have now I feel are a little on the high side. The scale someone showed me was Low day - 35% Carbs, 45% fat, and 25% fats. High day is 45% carbs, 40% proteins, and 15% fats. with that I'm suppose to put 180 grams of carbs on my low day? I feel like that's high but I don't know anyone have any input or know a better scale to work with?
