Fine tuning my cutting diet.

What's up evrybody. I need some help with my diet. I've been lifting and eating clean since I was 13 and I'm 21 now,been a while. I'm a classic endomorph but in pretty good shape. 180 5'7" 12-13% bf off season. I seem to react well to low carb. I've never had a full blown six pack but it's damn near there. Except the last 2. If someone can post up a diet for me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks guys
 
We can't just post a diet for you. Here's what you have to do:

(1.) Figure out your maintenance calories -- the amount of calories needed to maintain your current lean mass (everything except for fat).

(2.) Decide what approach you want to take to cutting (i.e. ketogenic? carb cycling? UD2? general calorie deficit?)

(3.) Adjust your calories/macros accordingly, creating, ideally, a 500 calorie/day deficit.

(4.)***PLAN FOR REFEEDS***

(5.) Select your foods/portions, and put it all together into a diet plan.

(6.) Post your diet here for review.
 
i agree with phineas, but built nos alot about dieting, or SD or anybody but me. lol. but phineas has been doing this awhile.
