What's up evrybody. I need some help with my diet. I've been lifting and eating clean since I was 13 and I'm 21 now,been a while. I'm a classic endomorph but in pretty good shape. 180 5'7" 12-13% bf off season. I seem to react well to low carb. I've never had a full blown six pack but it's damn near there. Except the last 2. If someone can post up a diet for me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks guys
